Welcome to Kriya Path…..

Childhood……from birth till we go to school……..from milk feeding to crawling and from standing to running towards attractions…… The curiosity in the childhood about the Unknown and the journey thereafter to the Mystic Spiritual Unknown…. A grown up child to struggling youth and from career to once again looking at our own children …. Their curiosity….! Life is a cycle of birth to death …..searching and growing with every birth.

Somewhere, everyone comes to one conclusion, ‘Why with me?’ The comparison, struggle in the material world, game of success and failure, brings one to the conclusion, if not in this birth, then in any of the births- ‘What is the reason of his existence?’ His relation, profession, status, age, so called knowledge etc., everything becomes very small to give him his identity…his soul identity.

The path, which one applies to search this identity, brings more confusion and obstacles, because, which path is suitable, correct to practice and easy to follow; that decision he cannot make by himself. He gets information about the knowledge but practically implementing this information becomes difficult since proper guidance from an authorised person is not available. Many times he becomes superstitious or attracted to miracles. Such people search different different paths, without properly travelling through any of the paths. They want everything readymade and neither follow one person as a proper Guru nor walk on one path. Such shaky people permanently remain in the shadow of miracles and never reach the Ultimate Goal of their existence. They always depend on someone to solve their material problems, health problem, or to bring information about the future. Various paths they choose become ineffective because they get lost in the process and lose confidence in themselves and others.

Here exactly Kriya Yoga shows the difference. This Yoga is 100% scientific. Lord Shri Krishna narrated it first to Arjuna in Bhagwat Geeta. This yoga is fundamentally meant for householders for self-Realisation. It is a guaranteed way of Enlightenment if correctly practised under the guidance of a Realised Guru.

This simple, easily practicable, and most scientific Yoga brings spiritual evolution mainly because of combination of various yogas. In the middle of the nineteenth century, immortal Sri Sri Mahavatar Babaji initiated a Railway employee Shyamacharan Lahiri Mahasaya and after teaching this secret process Lahiri Mahasaya was entrusted with the responsibility by revered Babaji to teach Kriya Yoga to the interested Divine seekers. The work of spreading Kriya Yoga was passed on to Sri Sri Yukteswarji and from him to his disciple Sri Sri Yoganandaji.

Kriya Yoga is a fivefold complete process of God- Realisation:

a. Kriya Hath Yoga
b. Kriya Kundalini Pranayam
c. Kriya Dhyana Yoga
d. Kriya Mantra Yoga
e. Kriya Bhakti Yoga

Kri = Action & Ya = Soul. Action is taken to withdraw the influence of gross body, which is driven by the mind. This awakens the Soul, which controls the mind totally, cultures it and then a transformation of biological body starts. Such awakened souls reach the Supreme Cosmic Consciousness to meet the Supreme Soul. Kriya Yoga is a scientific technique, which closely follows the Patanjali Method. Living in the Sansar one can easily practice it and gradually one can experience God-Realisation.

In the fivefold Kriya process the common platform is Karma Yoga. Putting ourselves into the action of what Guru teaches and not become weak expecting that Guru or God will solve all the problems. Here disciple takes a positive step to understand for himself. It is the essence of all the religions. The secret scientific techniques of Kriya Yoga give constant Divine Perception. The speciality of Kriya Yoga techniques is that they simultaneously develop body, mind and soul in the shortest possible time.

With the help of certain secret techniques of Kriya Yoga Kriyaban after regular practice can reduce the toxins, blockages – physical as well as mental and bring the energy flow, which circulates and passes through various channels and chakras. Once the transformation starts on biological level, it reflects on the mind. The tiredness, irritation, habits such as over eating, over sleeping etc. automatically subside. The mental freshness at any work gives concentration to hear the Divine sound and feel the transformation within. The inner chapters open many mystic experiences. The feeling of oneness with the Supreme Consciousness gives a movement to meet and experience God. The difficulties, which are linked with our chakras, endocrine system and organs totally disappear, removing the internal blockages. Its effect can be seen on our health and the cosmic link starts. It is the consciousness of the energy, which goes from physio-consciousness to Supreme consciousness.

After regular practice of Kriya Yoga the mind becomes cultured and into the meditation (Kriya Dhyana Yoga), one starts getting strongly attracted to the inner world like a magnet. This experience cannot be described. With the result of this experience outer world problems become narrow and small. One really feels he is a part of the creation of the inner world. Five senses and five elements fully support this Kriya i.e. Action, because now they are also cultured. Here God awakens Godliness in the human being. In the process when one is totally disconnected from the outer world, the Divine Energy takes care of your worldly matters.

Let us now see how the whole process takes place. A normal healthy person generally takes 15 breaths per minute. But this rate, because of the stress and wandering or shaky mind, becomes 22 to 28. As per the fundamental principle of respiration all the energy forced out during the exhalation is not regained during inhalation resulting into loss of some energy. In this process the normal life span is reduced to the extent of energy loss. In certain activities done by man the forcing out of energy is more than normal such as anger, fear, tension and other physical and mental kriyas. The retention of oxygen in the system is minimised on such occasions. This shows how much carbon we collect on the respiratory system per minute, so on per day, month and years. The blood becomes impure and so every breath we hardly pass any nutrition i.e. Oxygen to these vessels. Kriya techniques first purify the blood and bring the flow of ALBUMIN, GLOBULIN AND FIBRINOGEN which are the three proteins running through the blood vessels, keeping the body healthy and lustrous.

Oxygen is nutrition to brain and our whole system. Oxygen is absorbed by circulatory system. It increases mental excellence, quick receptivity, ready wit and prompt understanding. In Kriya practice, disciples take deep inhalation and sufficient Oxygen goes into the lungs, heart and brain. The oxygen purifies the impure blood and the purified blood carries haemoglobin to the whole system. This haemoglobin constantly passes through the blood vessels. There are more than 72 billion blood vessels and fine tissues.

Through Kriya yoga techniques, the oxygen changes into its basic constituents of atomic energy which in turn is transformed into subtle energy. With the help of scientific breathing techniques developed by Guruji for the practice of Kriya yoga the impurities in the bloodstream and malfunctioning of body organs is removed. This is achieved by passing the subtle life force (energy) which is also called pranic energy through nadis which in turn pass through nerve centres called Chakras which are awakened, purified and made compatible for absorption of the more potent Kundalini Shakti. This pranic energy travels from down, passing through the seven Chakras awakening them gradually and reaching upto medulla oblongata which is called the fuse of this energy. Soul controls this fuse. The five main parts of the breath Apana, Samana, Vyana, Prana and Udana interrelated to seven charkas facilitate the transformation.

Through this Kriya Yoga, a scientific technique, one can increase not only the life span but also reach 100% to the Enlightenment, if practised religiously under a Realised Guru Kriya Yoga is the quickest means of success but it is not a shortcut. The material body consciousness, in mathematical way changes to Cosmic Consciousness i.e. one years― correct Kriya practice brings the evolutions of ten years― practice of other yogas. This transformation will not come in a day or few months because already the toxin things are filled to such an extent that it opposes the positive energy flow. The disciple should have firm commitment, dedication and 100% faith on the Guru.

This quickening impulse cannot be derived from books. Only Guru, after recognising disciples― urge for the Diksha discloses the secret techniques and teaches them. The disciple is called a Kriyaban and he should regularly practice Kriya under the supervision of the Guru. For disciple to walk on this path, it is necessary to have Bhakti towards Guru, 100% faith in him and be totally surrendered to him. The EGO should be sacrificed at his feet and then the intense Love and respect for the Guru starts.

There are six levels of Kriya Dikshas taking a sadhak step by step towards the Nirvikalpa Samadhi avastha…. the highest step of spirituality. Guru’s constant contact and connection is essential to reach this stage. “GU” is the invisible body abiding within our physical body by which one can speak, “RU” is our lustre ….our gross body. The gross body is remaining by the power of our invisible body. So “GURU” does not mean anything negative to which one should have mental allergy. People want to see into the darkness and that light is ‘GURU’. Because of self developed EGO of knowledge, which is only the information, one gets into a habit of collecting and comparing it with that of others or tallying it with his own earlier information. This in fact creates confused state of mind. Without doing anything they continue judging and analysing others, they like arguments to project how knowledgeable they are. Such people neither take a positive step to actually practice the spirituality nor do they allow others to take one. They feel making somebody their Guru is below their dignity or standard. They want knowledge from a person but they don’t want to call him as their Guru. Kriya Yoga is not a platform for these people.

In Kriya Yoga the disciple sacrifices everything to Guru. The bond starts only after 100% surrender. The commitment of pious Guru-shishya relationship starts and then step by step all the unknown chapters of mystic cave open.

Kriya Yoga brings discipline at all the levels. The increased energy level enables a person to get success in any field. The Supreme Consciousness to ourselves, people around us, our duties towards others…..God and understand the true meaning of Unconditional Love and Unconditional Forgiveness begins on this path.

That is why living into the sansar everyone has a full right to get Enlightened! But for that positive action is required. Step yourself in to Kriya Yoga and positively change your life.

Hari Om!
