Orientation lecture on ‘Kriya Sanskar Sadhana'

On 12th July, 2020, Sadguruji gave on Facebook live, Orientation lecture on ‘Kriya Sanskar Sadhana (KSS)’. It is a unique programme which has been meticulously designed by Sadguruji. Many decades after conceptualising it, keeping in view the need of the present times, he has brought this programme forward for everyone’s benefit. It presents the science of Indian traditions and customs to increase energy levels and enrichour life.

An awesome 3 ½ days (29.12.2018 to 01.01.2019) of spiritual bliss and heavenly atmosphere to celebrate the festive season of Christmas and New Year’s Eve. With Sadguruji’s blessings, 2018 ended on a high note and 2019 began with a big bang for all the lucky participants!! “How to be Happy” is a unique & signature programme conceptualized and conducted by the Revered Sadguruji - Sadguru Yogiraj Sri Sri Dr Mangeshda, The entire 3 ½ days has been designed with lots of fun, frolic and happiness with a clear spiritual undercurrent to it.

SRD Workshop - Singapore

The Self Recognition & Development (SRD) workshop @ Singapore was organised by the Foundation's Singapore centre, on 12th Nov 2017. The workshop was designed and conducted by H.H. Sadguru Yogiraj Sri Sri Dr. Mangeshda, exclusively for children. There were about 22 enthusiastic participants of different age groups from 6yrs-15yrs old.

Intense Vipassana Camp 2017

बुरा जो देखन मैं चला, बुरा न मिलिया कोय,

This Doha by Kabir Das ji sums up my experience of the intense Vipassana practice.

In this sense, Vipassana gave me a chance to self-contemplate and reflect on this part which needed to be corrected, the part which needed to be polished and what needed to be purged from the system.

Vipassana is a holistic approach to self contemplation and self-correction by practicing mindfulness.
