Guru Purnima 2025
Glimpses of the Guru Purnima Mahasatsang, on 10th July 2025 at Mumbai, in the divine presence of HH Sadguru Yogiraj Dr. Mangeshda.
Guru Purnima is a wonderful “UTSAV” in our culture and tradition. A day to celebrate special bond of Guru & Disciple rightly known as “GURU – SHISHYA” Parampara! To celebrate this beautiful bond, Sadguru Mangeshda Kriya Yoga Foundation members organised the Guru Purnima Mahasatsang. Disciples from various parts of India and across the world, people from different caste and communities came together to attend this special celebration.
The musical vari that unfolded in Mayor’s Hall was no less than a divine pilgrimage. Through soulful songs, rhythmic storytelling, beautiful enacting and devotional ambiance, we felt as though we were walking in the footsteps of saints — from Mumbai to Pandharpur — with the holy name on our lips and your grace in our hearts.
As per tradition, on Guru Purnima Day, Sadguruji selects two Kriyabans for the most prestigious "Best Kriyaban" award. This year, the award recipients were Dr. Kishore Kokal and Dr. Kirti Parikh. The award was a result of their selfless work and dedication towards the Foundation. Heartiest Congratulations to both of them.
Sadguruji Dr. Mangeshda's amrutvani was very insightful and thought-provoking. It was sharing of apt emotions and words of wisdom. Sadguruji spoke especially about Dnyaneshwari and Holi Bhagwad Geeta! The importance of reading these granthas as well as having patience in sadhana helps us achieve success. Also, the wonderful example of how the person who stopped short of the Mt. Everest peak - expressed about his partner "He and Me are not different, it's We. It's our success". Thank you for your valuable message on inclining higher every moment and at the same time keep us down to earth. We were truly blessed to witness a Superlative Program, which reinforced the bond between disciple and Guru.
We thank you Sadguruji for making time for us and blessing us with your pearls of wisdom, guidance and grace.
We thank all the members who worked tirelessly behind the scene for all the arrangements, the cultural wing, and our MC, Smt Hira Khanchandani.
Hari Om.
